R\&Q Ingeniería, an Engineering and Projects company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a **Landscape and Architecture Advisor** to join an important public bidding process for a concession construction project! In Santiago, Metropolitan Region **Estimated contract duration for the bid: 24 months.** **Requirements:** * Professional degree holder with 6 years of professional experience. * 3 years of experience in design, construction and/or inspection of urban development and landscaping contracts. * Valid class B driver's license. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Support the Site Inspector in supervising and technically reviewing landscape projects and corresponding environmental measures. * Advise the Site Inspector in resolving, coordinating, and reviewing project modifications involving landscaping, item substitutions, and assist the Advisory Head in monitoring construction execution to ensure compliance with project plans. * Be the responsible professional for reviewing all studies related to their area of expertise regarding project updates, adjustments, and the scope defined for this advisory role. * Other responsibilities as assigned. **Important:** All listed requirements are mandatory and must be met to be considered in the process.
