Perform technical networking tests (ping, traceroute, route validation) to verify connectivity and isolate root causes. Carry out first-level troubleshooting to resolve or escalate incidents. Handle customer requests and incidents via phone calls, emails, or other channels, recording and prioritizing each case. Follow runbooks and escalate events when necessary, notifying shift supervisors, support teams, and customers. Manage tickets within monitoring tools, ensuring complete documentation and validated closure. Identify failure patterns, propose preventive actions, and contribute to updating the knowledge base. Execute authorized minor changes and assist in business continuity and disaster recovery testing. Comply with security standards, maintain traceability, and report recurring anomalies.
