WE HAVE A PLACE FOR YOU!* This job posting complies with Law No. 21.015, which promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labor market.* GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Verify, coordinate, and monitor compliance with the activity schedule for assigned projects, ensuring efficient execution within established timeframes. This includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as supervising engineering phases, equipment procurement, construction, and installation. Additionally, the person in this role will be responsible for implementing corrective actions in response to deviations, in collaboration with the Automation team and site supervisors, and for managing project documentation and quality to support payment certifications, in accordance with internal and client procedures. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise that project stages are executed as planned. * Identify deviations and coordinate corrective actions with the team. * Formally report progress and deviations through established platforms. * Define tasks, sequences, resources, and durations. * Develop and maintain an updated project schedule (MS Project / Primavera). * Adjust the schedule based on technical criteria and project requirements. * Coordinate the efficient use of labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. * Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and contract administrators to track KPIs. * Generate planned, actual, and forecasted physical, financial, and work progress curves (S-curves). * Prepare project status and progress reports. * Manage project document control. * Ensure compliance with established quality standards. YOUR PROFILE: * Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Execution; or degree in Automation, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in project scheduling, planning, and contract control (preferred). * Experience using project control software, measurement and construction progress tracking tools, and project control, deviation analysis, and forecasting tools. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera (preferred). * Advanced proficiency in MS Office (preferred). * Intermediate English language proficiency (preferred). OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Willingness to travel within and outside Chile. * Availability to work under an administrative shift system (5x2 or 4x3). * Class B driver’s license, held for at least three years (mandatory). * Residence in Rancagua or Santiago.
