**Location:** Remote (Santiago, Chile\-Based) **Pay Rate:** Monthly rate of USD $27\-36 USD/hr gross **Summary:** The Veeva Vault Developer will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of solution architecture, system administration, security, and procedural governance across the Veeva Vault Platform. This position is specifically focused on supporting the Complaints function within the Quality Management System (QMS). The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to ensure that system solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and business requirements while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and system performance. **Responsibilities** * Support development activities for the Veeva Vault implementation program under the direction of the Quality Veeva leadership team. * Document system design specifications, configuration requirements, and user stories. * Conduct technical feasibility analyses of business and functional requirements. * Design, configure, and deploy Veeva Vault solutions, including workflows, metadata structures, and security controls. * Develop custom solutions and integrations to automate workflows, enhance system capabilities, and enable connectivity with third\-party applications. * Perform Veeva environment management activities, including configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. * Coordinate with Business Analysts to define business requirements and ensure alignment with IT security and data integrity standards. * Collaborate with the Validation team to support the development of Regulatory Applicability Assessments and Regulatory Risk Assessments. * Ensure system changes and enhancements comply with GxP requirements and Quality Management System (QMS) standards. * Develop and manage integrations between Veeva Vault and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) using APIs, SOAP, and REST. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain system efficiency, reliability, and compliance. **Qualifications:** * Experience configuring and customizing Veeva Vault applications to meet business or client\-specific requirements. * Strong experience with Veeva Vault Quality, with an emphasis on QMS functionality; Veeva certification and experience in a GxP environment are highly preferred. * Proven ability to develop custom solutions, workflow automation, and system integrations within the Veeva Vault ecosystem. * Technical proficiency in XML, SQL, APIs, and programming languages such as Java and JavaScript. * Experience delivering and supporting cloud\-based solutions. * Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience deploying GxP\-validated systems. * Veeva QMS certification is a strong advantage. * Strong written and verbal English (required) * Experience with US/EU companies (preferred) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $15,725 \- $33,300 per hour Application Question(s): * Please specify any experience you have with US or EU companies.
