Job Summary: We are seeking a Drilling Supervisor/Responsible Person to carry out drilling operations, transportation of machinery, and preventive maintenance, with high autonomy and commitment. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of drilling operations using rotary-percussive machinery. 2. Transportation and logistics of machinery, pipes, and materials to construction sites. 3. Daily preventive maintenance of machinery and vehicles. ***THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN SPAIN, IN CANTABRIA, AND THE COMPANY PROVIDES A WORK PERMIT AT NO COST.*** **Drilling Supervisor\-Supervisor**. **Both positions require a valid driver’s license**, to transport our drilling rig and the trailer used to carry the compressor. **Main Responsibilities** * Execution of drilling operations using AUSIMA rotary-percussive machinery: this machine simultaneously employs rotational force to advance the drill bit and hammer impact to break through encountered materials. * Autonomy to start up and couple an Atlas Copco XRVS476 compressor to the drilling rig. * Transportation and Logistics: Driving trucks to transport drilling machinery, pipes, and materials to construction sites, as well as assisting in the execution of water wells and geothermal installations. * Mechanical Maintenance: Performing daily preventive maintenance of machinery and vehicles (fluid levels, lubrication, filter cleaning). **Candidate Requirements** * Experience operating drilling machinery or strong willingness to learn. * For the **Assistant** position, no specific prior knowledge is required, as the first months will be spent supporting the assigned team. However, it must be noted that the candidate will be responsible for transporting the drilling machinery (three-axle truck \+ trailer). * For the **Drilling Supervisor** position, in addition to the ability to transport machinery, candidates must have experience in drilling operations—not necessarily with rotary-percussive machines like ours (with one or two heads), but deep familiarity with drilling activities overall, enabling rapid adaptation to our equipment and achieving full operational autonomy in the shortest possible time. * Knowledge of mechanical systems, preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery—essential for commissioning drilling equipment—will be considered a strong asset. * We seek a responsible, autonomous, and committed individual who understands that, for 90% of assignments, weekly travel to active construction sites will be required: departure from our facilities in Heras every Monday morning and return every Friday afternoon. * All travel, overnight stays, and subsistence expenses incurred by personnel while away from the Heras base facility will be covered by the company. **Terms and Conditions** * Contract type: Permanent * Working hours: Full-time * Benefits: Company car/van, mobile phone, and coverage of travel and accommodation expenses. * Additional notes on conditions: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience: * Supervising Driller: €32,000 gross/year in 12 installments. * Professional career development plan over 3 years, linked to competency growth and salary progression. * Opportunity to join an established company in the sector with over 30 years of experience.
