More than 27,000 people—predominantly women technicians and professionals—work to ensure children enjoy safe, nurturing educational spaces where learning occurs through play. **Job Responsibilities:** Integra, a non-profit institution part of the Presidential Foundation Network and a leader in early childhood education in Chile—with over 27,000 staff nationwide—is seeking: * Position: Administrative Assistant * Estimated Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30–17:30; Friday, 8:30–16:30 * Kindergarten: Los Chilcos * City: Aysén * Region: Aysén * Duration: Fixed-term contract from January 5 to February 20, 2026 **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To manage and execute administrative and operational processes at the kindergarten or nursery room by providing comprehensive support to the team, ensuring proper institutional functioning, timely family support, and promoting the well-being of girls and boys—in alignment with the institution’s Educational Project, internal policies, and current regulations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contribute to the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions at the facility, promptly reporting conditions to the director and coordinating necessary repairs to ensure safe environments supporting the holistic well-being of all children, families, and the educational community. * Administer, verify, and keep updated information regarding children, families, and related processes—including enrollment, daily attendance, slot management, waiting lists, and cycle completion—for use in relevant administrative procedures. * Disseminate documents, guidelines, and relevant information in coordination with the educational team via communication channels appropriate to the context, ensuring families and the broader community remain informed about activities and overall facility operations, per institutional directives. * Communicate necessary alerts to the director—or their designated substitute—regarding any indicators of potential rights violations or risk situations affecting children, to enable timely activation of corresponding protocols and safeguard their well-being. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical secondary-level degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. * One (1) year of experience in a similar position. * Desirable: One (1) year of experience in educational institutions focused on operational-administrative matters. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE IN:** * Administration and Finance (basic) * Public Service/Client Relations * Document Management * Resource Management * First Aid * Human Resources * Administrative Writing * Desirable: Labor Legislation * Desirable: Digital Literacy Training * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and related applications) * Technological Platforms **IMPORTANT:** You must complete your application, answer all questions in the job posting, and upload all requested documents.
