Department: Operations Reports to: Training Coordinator / Management Work Location: Hybrid mode (office and field) Position Purpose Support the operational and logistical execution of training programs developed by OTEC Facilita, ensuring proper preparation of materials, activity setup, facilitator support, and on-site coordination for appropriate course delivery. This position plays a key role in ensuring that training activities are conducted in an orderly, efficient manner and deliver a positive experience for participants and clients. Main Responsibilities 1. Logistical Preparation for Training Programs Prepare materials and equipment required for course delivery. Review material checklists and requirements defined for each activity. Organize and load equipment and materials to be used on-site. 2. On-Site Course Delivery Support Support the setup and preparation of training rooms or spaces. Coordinate installation of equipment, teaching aids, or simulators. Greet participants and assist with attendance registration. Provide operational support to facilitators during course activities. 3. Logistical Support for Campaigns or Large-Scale Activities Support implementation of workshops, booths, or workstations. Prepare equipment for hands-on activities or simulations. Coordinate participant flow during activities. This point is especially relevant for activities such as: safety campaigns corporate events experiential workshops training programs with high participation 4. Materials and Equipment Inventory Support Maintain order and control over the inventory of training materials. Verify the condition of equipment used in courses. Report needs for replenishment or maintenance. 5. Basic On-Site Administrative Support Assist with participant attendance registration. Collaborate in collecting surveys or evaluations. Distribute documentation to participants as required. Position Responsibilities Ensure proper logistical preparation of courses. Maintain order and care of training materials. Support efficient on-site activity execution. Contribute to a positive experience for participants and clients. Position Requirements Education Desirable technical education or experience in areas such as: logistics administration education occupational health and safety operational support A professional degree is not an exclusive requirement. Experience Desirable experience in: logistical support for events or training programs fieldwork coordination of group activities Key Competencies Organization Ability to prepare and organize work materials and equipment.
