We are seeking an **IT Services Administrator** for the production area whose main objective will be managing operations, support, and maintenance of technological services, ensuring proper application performance through observability and monitoring, while coordinating with product responsible teams necessary improvements to achieve objectives. **What do we expect from you?*** Identify and correct deficiencies in desired quality standards of technological services. * Coordinate and control configuration changes in existing components of technological services. * Coordinate operations, support, and maintenance activities for technological services. * Organize meetings, presentations, training sessions, etc., between users\-clients and technology teams. * Represent and inform users\-clients, recording incidents and/or requests, and supervising required solutions or implementations. * Maintain security and continuity of technological services. * Ensure compliance with users'\-clients' requirements. * Meet agreed service levels between technology and each client. * Guarantee formal, fluid, and effective communication among all involved parties. * Ensure compliance with service levels.
