Whether processing operational needs, fulfilling guest requests, completing reports, or sharing highlights of the local area, the Guest Arrival Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience. Guest Arrival Experts will be on their feet and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and performing manual tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 23 kg unassisted and over 34 kg with assistance).
