Job Description You will be responsible for administering, controlling, and coordinating, according to corporate policies, current legislation, and contract terms, all activities aimed at ensuring continuity, quality, and profitability of the food service, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and optimal team performance. Responsibilities * Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to quality, safety, and food hygiene. * Develop and manage budgets, control operational costs, stock, inventory, and supply. * Monitor and analyze site processes, attendance, SLAs, and KPIs. * Contribute to workforce planning, retention levels, employee development, and engagement in accordance with corporate guidelines and policies. * Ensure compliance with standards, programs, and projects associated with operational, financial, economic, legal, and growth indicators, among others. * Maintain labor relations with employees and their representatives, ensuring compliance with collective agreements according to labor regulations, proposing and implementing measures and solutions for any potential situations. Requirements * Residence between Arica and Santiago. * Relevant education or degree related to the position. * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Food Contract Administrator or similar role. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mining industry. * Experience in food service operations. * Availability to work under an 8x6 shift system. * Health compatible with high-altitude geographical conditions.
