At Entel Connect Center, we are seeking a Field Technician. **Job Purpose:** Provide on-site support for all validly registered and assigned cases at the field support level, ensuring daily SLA compliance and guaranteeing service delivery strictly adheres to client standards, Entel-provided procedures, and applicable legal requirements. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Attending in person the reports or tickets assigned to your workload, as well as any direct requests made by users or their immediate supervisors. * Performing hardware and/or software installations or configurations when required. * Reinstalling customer-specific images and/or applications. * Managing escalations. * Handling critical service-related matters. * Rescheduling activities if the user is unavailable. * Validating the attendance checklist or work order for the request or incident. * Diagnosing issues and managing warranties, where applicable. * Updating the inventory database. * Monitoring equipment entry and exit across all client warehouses. 7x7 shift – Exceptional Work Schedule (Faena) What do we offer? * Complementary Health Insurance * Compensation Fund (Caja de Compensación) * Pharmacy discounts * Optics discounts * Preferential equipment and plans. Knowledge of PC hardware and software. Computer assembly and configuration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform. Windows 10 and 7 operating systems. iOS (non-exclusive).
