We are looking for a Planning and Scheduling professional capable of coordinating and establishing guidelines for photovoltaic projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and economic control of the project, exceeding established goals. Main responsibilities will include: Coordinate the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Identify and correct progress deviations. Control of construction schedules. Monitoring of the project's critical path. Development of schedules defining the critical path and key project milestones. Identify delays and propose schedule recovery plans. Track project KPIs and implement production action plans. Collaborate with coordinators and managers to define overall strategies. Analyze productivity, costs, and operational efficiency to optimize resource utilization. Develop reports and presentations focused on strategic decision-making. Requirements: Education: Degree in Management Control Engineering. Experience: At least 5 years. Specific knowledge: Proficiency in MS Project, Office Suite, Lean Construction methodology, Pull Planning, 6WA.
