We invite you to join Fundación Integra! **Job Functions:** Integra, a non-profit institution that is part of the Network of Foundations of the Presidency and a leader in early childhood education in Chile, with more than 25,000 female and male workers nationwide, is seeking: * Position: Kindergarten Assistant * Schedule: Monday to Thursday 08:30 hrs. to 17:30 hrs. Friday 08:30 hrs. to 16:30 hrs. * Childcare Center: Parinitas * Municipality: Locality of Peine, San Pedro de Atacama * Region: Antofagasta * Duration: Annual project **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** To contribute, in coordination with the Early Childhood Educator and collaboratively with the team, to the pedagogical processes of the assigned group by implementing environments conducive to the development and learning of all children, through joint work with families and the community. All of this within the framework of the institution's Educational Project (PEI), regulations, policies, and national and institutional guidelines, aiming to ensure high-quality Early Childhood Education. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Participate and contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the teaching and learning process for children in order to promote their full development and comprehensive well-being. * Develop practices to establish fluid communication and effective, coordinated work with the director, educator, and classroom team, creating opportunities for collaborative work and maintaining an inclusive and respectful work environment. * Communicate and raise necessary alerts to the director or substitute regarding any indicators of potential rights violations or risk situations affecting children, in order to promptly activate the corresponding protocols and ensure their well-being.
