Manage the power system and inventory control A leading energy company operating at mining sites requires: **Shift Supervisor – Mining Site, III Region:** **Purpose of the Position:** * Direct, control, plan, and coordinate operations at mining sites. **Responsibilities:** * Manage personnel, delegating tasks as required and appropriate to the role. * Inventory control. * Coordinate safety briefings. * Report operational deviations, needs, updates, and progress to immediate supervisors. * Conduct daily meetings to stay informed about team tasks and requirements. * Operational management: coordinate services. * Ensure on-site team commitment to maintain proper operational functionality. * Direct and control the power system. * Support all training and capacity-building coordination for the team. * Verify, control, and measure implementation of planned activity guidelines. * Monitor equipment maintenance checks. * Ensure adherence to the operational schedule.
