Job Summary: Supervise logistics operations, manage personnel and resources, and ensure the application of regulations and procedures for efficient management. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and supervises logistics operations and personnel under supervision. 2. Ensures compliance with safety regulations and defined procedures. 3. Provides information and generates logistics management reports. **Position**: Logistics Supervisor **Location**: Antofagasta \- Chañaral (Mantos Blancos) **Position Objective**: Plan, instruct, control, operate equipment, guide, and advise on the execution of existing processes by applying defined regulations and procedures. Additionally, manage personnel, information, and resources to effectively and efficiently manage assigned processes, leveraging specific technical knowledge and leadership in alignment with the planning of operational units to which the position is assigned. **Main Responsibilities:** * Facilitate development and supervise logistics operations. * Responsible for supervising general activities, personnel, equipment, and infrastructure. * Responsible for implementing safety regulations in accordance with company and client policies. * Facilitates information for both subordinates and direct supervisors. * Responsible for evaluating subordinates. * Ensures proper use of equipment. * Utilizes information technologies in the logistics area. * Conducts safety briefings. * Plans and controls operations according to assigned responsibilities. * Generates reports on management results. * Conducts cause-effect analysis related to occupational accidents involving supervised personnel. * Other requirements for effective performance of duties. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Professional Degree, Technical Degree in Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this position or similar tasks. * Specific knowledge and/or experience in logistics operations. * Proficiency in WMS systems. * Intermediate Excel skills (non-exclusive). * SHIFT SCHEDULE: Four (4) working days followed by three (3) rest days, from 07:30 to 19:30 hrs. * However, the employee will initially work a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:00 hrs, while approval of the exceptional shift schedule is pending.
