Control Center Operator (CCO) **Location:** Copiapó, Atacama Region, Chile **Company:** Renegade Mail SpA Job Description The **Control Center Operator (CCO)** will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and supervising real-time operations from the control center, ensuring process continuity, facility security, and compliance with operational protocols. Responsibilities * **Operation Monitoring**: Supervise systems and processes in real time. * **Alarm Management**: Detect, log, and respond to critical events. * **Field Team Coordination**: Maintain constant communication with operational personnel. * **Incident Reporting**: Prepare reports on events and actions taken. * **Protocol Compliance**: Apply security regulations and internal procedures. * **Process Optimization**: Propose improvements to control center management. Candidate Profile * Technical degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Automation, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience operating control centers, monitoring, or industrial security. * Knowledge of SCADA systems, CCTV, networks, and communication protocols. * Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
