Finning, the strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and a leader in equipment and service distribution, is seeking top talent to fill the role of Hose Assembler (7x7 Shift), under the Mantos de Oro contract. The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out all administrative and operational activities required to maintain the Finning Warehouse and Hose Workshop in operation at the assigned mining site, thereby delivering the required customer service. Key responsibilities include: * Generate and control all processes related to hydraulic hose assembly in the hose workshop. * Conduct full inventories of spare parts stock in the hose workshop and reconcile any discrepancies identified. * Store each hose reel in an orderly manner and protect it against contamination—this includes fitting plastic end caps and safeguarding the outer surface of the hose reel. * Update stock information for each hose reel after cutting. Each time a section is used, label it with the updated remaining stock quantity. * Store all minor spare parts stock in the hose workshop in an orderly and contamination-protected manner. * Maintain a clean and organized workshop (floor, machinery, tools, workbenches, waste bins for cut-offs and projectiles, etc.). * Accurately perform all daily SAP operations associated with hose assembly. Requirements: * Technical qualification in logistics or administration. * Knowledge and understanding of spare parts logistics operations and management, as well as experience in mining services operations. * Proficiency in computer-based tools, including Excel and SAP, at user level. * Municipal driver’s license Class “D” and Class B, held for at least two years, with proven experience operating pickup trucks and forklift cranes (forklift operator certification required). Mandatory requirement. * Medical fitness suitable for mining site work. * Availability to work on a shift system. * Residence in the Third Region.
