We are seeking a **maintenance operator** for our key client Gold Fields in the city of Copiapó, whose main responsibility will be to ensure the quality and continuity of the production process at water treatment plants (PTAP and PTAS) and water flow, by executing operational plans, maintenance activities, and chemical analysis of samples, thereby guaranteeing service quality and compliance with established regulatory parameters, while ensuring all work activities are carried out safely and in accordance with all required standards. **Mandatory requirements to apply:** * Completed secondary education. * 1–2 years of experience in operation and maintenance of potable water, wastewater, or osmosis treatment plants. * At least 1 year of experience working in mining operations. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Availability to work on a rotating 14-day-on/14-day-off schedule, covering both day and night shifts (with accommodation provided). * Residence in Copiapó or neighboring areas. **Benefits:** * Shuttle bus service from Copiapó. * Meals provided at the workplace. * Supplementary health and life insurance.
