Position Summary: Leads mechanical and electrical maintenance activities, ensuring the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans and providing technical support to operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead mechanical and electrical maintenance at mining operations 2. Ensure implementation of maintenance plans and technical support 3. Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams SIGMA S.A., an integrated services company for mining and engineering delivering solutions in construction, commissioning, and maintenance, is seeking personnel for one of its projects at the Rajo Inca Mining Operation for the position of: Maintenance Manager. **Position Summary:** Will lead mechanical and electrical maintenance activities at Rajo Inca, ensuring proper implementation of preventive, corrective maintenance plans, and technical support to operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise maintenance execution. * Assign resources and personnel according to planning. * Validate technical procedures and maintenance guidelines. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of mining processing plants. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams at mining sites. * Knowledge of SAP and mining safety regulations. * Valid driver's license.
