Job stability **RECRUITMENT NOTICE** **SAMPLE OPERATOR** **Geolaquim**, a geological chemistry laboratory located in Copiapó, specializes in the analysis of geological and metallurgical samples for the mining industry. We are seeking to incorporate a **Sample Operator** into our team, responsible for performing sampling, mechanical preparation, and analysis of samples collected from the Mantoverde Copper Concentrator Plant, ensuring transportation, preparation, and analysis of such samples while guaranteeing quality, accuracy, and compliance with operational control procedures for the plant. **Main Responsibilities** * Collection, removal, and transportation of samples from the concentrator plant, including washing, inspection, and coding of sampling equipment. * Inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of sampling and analytical equipment, reporting failures or anomalies. * Execution of physico-chemical and instrumental analyses, and mechanical preparation of samples (filtration, drying, grinding, among others). * Recording, control, packaging, labeling, and dispatch of samples, preventing cross-contamination throughout the process. * Compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures established by the Company and the contractor. **Requirements** * **Technical diploma at intermediate or higher level in metallurgy or related field.
