This support must safeguard service quality, business generation, and risk control, while delivering comprehensive advisory services to our customers. You will execute commercial activities focused on selling retail banking products and services, advising customers on the use of digital and self-service channels, with the aim of contributing to a memorable service experience and enabling swift resolution of customer needs—thereby achieving the business unit’s commercial results and your own. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** \- Support portfolios without assigned executives or cover executive absences.\- Generate new business and contribute to achieving financial targets.\- Contribute to delivering a memorable experience to customers.\- Contribute to achieving the branch’s commercial and risk targets.\- Stay continuously updated on internal and external regulations applicable to your role.\- Acquire customers from the corresponding Individual segment, leveraging available tools, techniques, commercial practices, and sales methodologies.
