Position: Reliability Engineer – Shovels and Loaders, Caserones Mine Site Ensure equipment performance under the contract, in terms of Availability and Reliability, according to operational and safety parameters agreed upon with the Client and Komatsu-defined maintenance standards, to sustain the Project. Job Responsibilities: Identify and establish the methodology and tools to reduce the rate of unplanned failures and improve equipment reliability during operations. Focus on enhancing maintenance quality management through trend analysis to provide better decision-making information and increase effectiveness of action plans. Oversee root cause analysis of critical failures, prioritized by highest frequency and downtime duration. Facilitate and ensure implementation of maintenance process improvements via action plans. Monitor, analyze, and improve potential deviations identified in the backlog management report. **Desired Profile** ------------------ Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in this role. Knowledge of Reliability Tools or Asset Management. Experience in heavy machinery maintenance (e.g., shovels, loaders, haul trucks). Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. Advanced Office suite skills * Minimum 3 years of experience * Minimum education level: University degree
