




**Major mining services company requiring:** Instructor for Mobile and Lifting Equipment Operators **Job Objective:** Instruct, train, educate, and develop operators/drivers of mobile and lifting equipment and operations personnel. Verify the correct operation of equipment in the field by operators. Instruct operations personnel in safe techniques for proper equipment use. Design and implement development plans for mobile equipment operators and operations staff. Participate in technical analysis of operational efficiency across various work fronts. Technically evaluate routes and equipment transfers to different work fronts. Participate in incident analysis related to mobile equipment operations. Be capable of operating project mobile equipment across different work fronts and operational circuits. Generate reports and status updates on equipment condition and operability. Verify the correct completion of practical hours by operators/drivers at respective work fronts to validate competencies for each equipment type, model, and capacity. **Depending on the worksite:** establish a quantitative measurement system for optimal machine/operator overall performance. **Education:** Complete secondary education and formal training in instruction and training methodology. **Experience:** Minimum 10 years of verifiable and quantifiable experience operating/driving mobile equipment. 5 years of experience instructing mobile equipment operators and operational teams. Knowledge and proficiency in operating surface mobile equipment. Mobile Equipment Operator Instructor course issued by a recognized and reputable higher education institution, either national or international. Valid Class D Driver's License (Mandatory). Professional Driver's License Class A2/A4 or equivalent (Optional).
