Job Objective Ensure the proper operation of facilities and equipment in assigned areas, complying with legal regulations and the company’s safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Responsible for preventive maintenance of assigned equipment; electrical and gas equipment repairs; minor plumbing and minor infrastructure repairs; maintaining all records up to date; fulfilling documentation obligations such as ART, QR, proper use of PPE, and other obligations specified in the Internal Regulations. Carry out work and/or tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, Jops, Shift Manager, Chef, Prevention Department, Quality Department, or any other staff member at any cafeteria. Requirements * Two years of experience in similar roles involving electrical, mechanical, gas, plumbing, and other types of repairs and maintenance. * Knowledge of repair and maintenance of gastronomic equipment such as steam tables, ovens, dishwashers, boilers, bain-maries, minor infrastructure, and all equipment commonly used in cafeterias. * Desirable knowledge of high-tech equipment such as blast chillers, Rational ovens, dishwashers, Variocooking units, and others. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental protection. * Basic command of technical vocabulary. * Experience in customer service. * Health compatible with performance at high geographical altitude. * Experience in Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Protection. * Availability to work part-time: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. * Health compatible. * Residence in Copiapó. * Completed Secondary Education / Technical-Professional Training / Electrical or Electromechanical Degree and Secondary Certification.
