Currently, we are seeking to incorporate into our team in Chile an: **OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER \- HUACOLDA \- VACATION REPLACEMENT** **MAIN FUNCTION** Ensure occupational safety and health at the workplace, guaranteeing compliance with legal and corporate regulations regarding risk prevention, promoting a safety culture, and minimizing work-related accidents and illnesses. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS** * Adapt and keep updated the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Matrix (HIRA) of the site. * Conduct periodic inspections and behavioral observations to identify and correct risks. * Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during operations. * Plan and deliver training on occupational risk prevention according to Newrest's defined program. * Ensure all workers receive initial risk prevention training and whenever changing roles. * Develop and maintain up-to-date safe work instructions applicable to the site. * Coordinate and actively participate in the implementation of MINSAL protocols. * Ensure compliance with Newrest's contractor company safety program. * Advise and support the Joint Hygiene and Safety Committee (if applicable). * Participate in investigations of workplace accidents and occupational diseases, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. * Establish action plans upon identification of non-conformities and safety gaps. * Prepare and monthly report risk prevention performance indicators to Newrest Management and the client company (if required). **WE OFFER** * Shift Schedule 5X2 * Salary: $1\.200\.000 net **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Occupational Health and Safety * Minimum 2 years of experience in the field * Availability to perform vacation replacement This job opportunity is framed under Law 21\.015, which promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities into the workforce.
