Reports directly to the Field Leader and Project Manager. **Key responsibilities and authorities include:** * Lead construction supervisors under their responsibility for all ongoing field construction works of the project. * Maintain consistent quality in construction execution. * Provide direct advice to the Field Leader and Project Manager, delivering alerts and recommendations for proper execution of works. * Ensure compliance with project technical documentation such as Technical Specifications, Technical Bases, and Design Drawings. * Review design completeness by evaluating interferences, constraints, and constructability feasibility of engineering designs. * Review project execution timelines during the planning phase to allow accurate assessment. * Ensure review of project supplies together with support staff prior to contract commencement, identifying quality, dimensional, or other deviations affecting construction schedules. * Issue non-conformities for non-conforming products or processes according to contractual technical documentation. * Review and ensure compliance with construction schedules issued by contractor companies, using supporting tools (three-weekly plans, weekly reports, etc.). * Coordinate with the technical office and engineering team to resolve design interferences or deviations, providing comprehensive solutions to contractors to prevent project delays and unproductive costs. * Review, validate, and ensure implementation of documentation related to the construction process such as work procedures, Iper matrices, construction methodologies, Rigger Plans, and other documents ensuring proper safety and quality execution of activities. * Monitor and control correct work execution, ensuring all required documentation is available according to current legislation and company standards. * Supervise planning and execution of activities classified as "critical," such as (working at heights, energy lockout, lifting operations, complex installations due to site conditions or element dimensions, among others), verifying compliance with standards, regulations, and procedures before and during execution.
