Job Description At ACCIONA Energía, we are seeking a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Technician to work at photovoltaic plants located in the commune of Diego de Almagro, Atacama region, Chile. Position Objective: Work closely with the O&M team to ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures at Almeyda and Malgarida Solar Plants during the Operation and Maintenance phase. Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by their business unit/department according to directives provided by their supervisor, aiming to improve through their work both decision-making processes and project execution, contributing professional performance that adds value to the internal client. Responsibilities: * Prepare all specific Quality, Safety, and Environmental documentation for the Plant. * Execute Emergency Management (drills, updating plans, etc.) * Implement QSE (Quality, Safety & Environment) procedures and generate reporting as defined by corporate management. * Provide support to the Plant Manager on Quality, Safety, and Environmental matters. * Prepare and monitor the annual QSE planning. * Supervise strict compliance with safety regulations by the maintenance team and various subcontractors. * Prepare, update, and monitor the Plant’s QSE planning. * Ensure and provide technical support in investigating all incidents and non-conformities occurring at the Plant. Analyze information and draw conclusions to support decision-making. * Ensure the use of ACCIONA’s platforms for QSE management. * Coordinate with the Head of Environmental Affairs at Headquarters to ensure compliance with the facility's environmental commitments (monitoring, analysis, wetlands, among others). * Serve as an internal and external reference within their area of expertise. Guide and advise third parties, both internally and externally, on matters related to their specialty. #LI-MR1 Candidate Requirements Education: Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention or related fields. Additional Training: * Basic knowledge of computer tools. * Class B driver's license. * Knowledge of electrical diagrams and instrumentation.
