We are currently seeking to add a **Transportation Operations Analyst** to our team in **Copiapó**. **What will be your challenge?** You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing operations, ensuring technical and operational compliance of services, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to data-driven management that strengthens efficiency, safety, and service quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise technical and operational compliance of transportation services. * Conduct field audits and inspections, verifying routes, schedules, speeds, and service conditions. * Analyze operational indicators and generate reports for decision-making. * Identify operational deviations and propose corrective actions aimed at continuous improvement. * Evaluate routes, frequencies, occupancy levels, and fleet utilization to optimize operations. * Integrate and analyze operational information from GPS systems and other control platforms. * Technically validate service scheduling and support the implementation of new routes or modifications. * Participate in operational risk management, incident analysis, and road safety improvement. * Prepare technical reports and studies aimed at operational optimization. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Transportation Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation operations, logistics, or operational management. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Experience in transportation contracts for mining or employee transportation. * Availability to perform fieldwork. * Power BI proficiency. * Experience in operational risk assessment and management. * Knowledge of transportation planning and control.
