Continuous shift system 4x3/5x2 **Requirements** Responsibilities: Represents the Contractor in its relationship with the Division for all purposes related to the Contract  Will be directly responsible for the contract work and must be available for interaction with the Division throughout the working day and beyond when necessary.  Will coordinate, manage, direct, and control the Contractor’s efforts to carry out all activities related to service delivery.  Will officially receive, on behalf of the Contractor, communications issued by the Contract Administrator from the Division regarding the contract.  Will be responsible for achieving results in compliance with plans (execution, quality, risk control, etc.) and schedules (Gantt charts, sequence diagrams, etc.) on time, correctly, and without accidents, while meeting required quality standards.  Issue and deliver periodic contract management reports to the Contract Administrator.  Submit contract payment statements.  Proactively plan solutions for announced or unforeseen non-conformities arising during execution and coordinate with CODELCO’s Contract Administrator for their resolution and/or final clearance. Directly supervise professionals and technicians, lead the Work Teams used by the Contractor to deliver services, and assign responsibilities and resources to execute the contracted work. **Additional Information** Work Location: III Region of Atacama, El Salvador Shift System: Continuous shift system 4x3/5x2
