In the role of Supervisor, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely managing people and equipment to meet the contract established with the client. Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Organize and direct operations: organize the daily work of team members and provide instructions for operations, verify correct detonator programming and/or connections, check resource availability for operations, or request them timely. * Verify correct detonator programming and/or connections. * Review blasting operations before and after execution. * Ensure equipment operates properly and team members develop effectively. * Supervise that personnel have and properly use the necessary tools and equipment to perform their tasks. * Conduct on-site inspections for blast feasibility and safety analysis. * Coordinate blasting activities with the client and provide process reports. **Requirements** **Candidate** ------------------------------ * + Degree in Engineering (Execution/Civil) or Mining. * + Experience in underground blasting operations. * + Minimum of 3 years of experience in blasting.
