Job Description
Executes control over mechanical maintenance and EI\&Moncon programs for the mining equipment fleet, monitors asset management, and ensures compliance with the Company’s safety policies and standards, aiming to maximize equipment availability and reliability to achieve safe production.
4x3 shift schedule on site
Key Responsibilities \| Activities
Controls changes to the mining equipment fleet, including design modifications, drawings, and integration of new assets.
Develops technical plans and proposals aimed at eliminating or reducing operational losses.
Controls implementation of maintenance strategies and execution process compliance to optimize the reliability of the projected fleet.
Ensures compliance with business-related risk assessments (IPER), guaranteeing their periodic review, updating, and dissemination.
Controls execution and compliance with the budget assigned to the area under control.
Controls implementation of continuous improvement plans based on asset management.
Reports key quality indicators and achievement of departmental objectives (ISO 9001\).
Promotes and verifies implementation of safety controls, reporting unsafe acts and conditions (ISO 45001\).
Education, Experience and Other Requirements
Degree in Execution, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Asset Management and Maintenance.
