In the role of Supervisor, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely managing people and equipment to meet the contractual obligations with the client. **Your main daily responsibilities include:** * Organize and direct operations: organize the daily work of assigned personnel and provide operational instructions, verify correct detonator programming and/or connection, check resource availability for operations, or request them timely. * Verify correct detonator programming and/or connection. * Inspect the blast before and after execution. * Ensure proper equipment operation and team member development. * Supervise that personnel have and properly use the necessary tools and equipment to perform their tasks. * Conduct on-site inspections for blast feasibility and safety analysis. * Coordinate blasts with the client and provide process reports. **Requirements:** Degree in Engineering (Execution/Civil) or Mining.
