We want you to: \- Generate reliable geological information to define and prioritize areas of interest for exploration through surface geological surveying and mapping of units, structures, and alterations. \- Coordinate and supervise surface geochemical and spectral sampling campaigns aimed at obtaining high-quality geochemical data to support interpretation processes and decision-making. \- Analyze and interpret spectral information to support geological models and exploration strategies. Integrate and interpret geological, geochemical, geophysical, and historical data, developing an integrated understanding of the mineralized system and identifying prospective areas. \- Ensure traceability, integrity, and availability of spatial information for use in analyses and reporting by safeguarding, systematizing, and organizing data on GIS platforms. \- Prepare technical reports and progress presentations, communicating clear and timely results for project management and exploration planning. Comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards in the field, ensuring activities are conducted in line with company values and policies. For this challenge, we are looking for talents with: \- University Professional Degree in Geology. \- Desirable studies in geostatistics. \- 15 years of work experience in mining. \- Experience in Geology, Metal Exploration of porphyry Cu\-Mo\-Au deposits.
