Tierra Amarilla / Copiapó. Position Objective: Supervise and coordinate earthmoving and road repair activities, leading the field team and ensuring operational goals are met under high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Requirements and Profile: Mandatory residence in Tierra Amarilla or Copiapó. Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in similar roles related to earthmoving and road repair. Valid Class B driver's license with at least 2 years of experience. Proactive professional with leadership ability and capacity to make decisions in high-pressure environments. Strong conflict resolution and daily work situation management skills. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Personality and leadership suited for managing work teams.
