This includes ensuring that all stages of basic engineering, such as data collection, calculations, simulations, and preliminary design development, comply with current technical regulations and safety standards. Additionally, it will be necessary to monitor and mitigate risks that could impact project execution, ensure that intermediate milestones and partial deliverables are met according to the established schedule, and verify that engineering outputs are optimal in content and scope, conforming to current national and international regulations. Main Functions: Manage and oversee risk identification and mitigation during project execution. Prioritize key activities according to the project schedule to ensure achievement of objectives. Ensure validation of design criteria required for proper project implementation. Coordinate key project milestones with partner companies, ensuring contractual compliance. Supervise and manage associated permits through tracking matrices and periodic meetings with involved parties. Verify compliance with environmental, safety, and quality regulations, in alignment with ENAMI's policies. Conduct periodic site visits to verify proper implementation of commitments made. Support bidding processes and preparation of reference budgets. Gather necessary technical and operational information for project development. Perform calculations, simulations, preliminary designs, and risk analyses.
