Main responsibilities: Fully manage mining service contracts, ensuring their proper execution in terms of safety, quality, deadlines, and costs. Lead and coordinate operational teams on site, managing human, technical, and material resources. Represent the company to clients, ensuring smooth communication and fulfillment of commitments. Monitor management indicators, propose improvements, and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal standards regarding safety, occupational health, and the environment. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5\+ years of experience in mining service contract management (preferably in Secondary Drilling, Core Drilling, or Material Movement). Solid knowledge in administrative, financial management, and indicator control. Proficiency in management tools: SAP, MS Project, Power BI. Valid class B driver's license. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. Valued skills: Effective communication and leadership. Planning and organization. Proactivity and teamwork.
