They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring tasks necessary for delivering ramp services, reporting incidents or relevant operational information to the shift supervisor, and complying with all regulations imposed by Swissport Chile S.A., DGAC, and S.C.L. Their activities **Your Profile*** Know and apply emergency operational procedures and safety regulations. * If required to operate equipment, must be authorized by Swissport and hold a Class B driver's license, Municipal A4 license, and a valid platform license. * Organize worker shifts, tools, and equipment under their responsibility for each operation. * Responsible for designing work plans for operations with different clients, according to needs and legal regulations regarding working hours and rest periods. * Carry out and inform workers about monthly shift schedules at least one week in advance. * Responsible for efficiency in performing activities: + Ensure the work team meets the required qualifications and technical competencies for their duties. + Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards previously established by the company, clients, and competent authorities. + Supervise Briefing and D-Briefing for each operation. + Communicate operation details in advance prior to execution. + Ensure compliance with internal hygiene and safety regulations. * Continuously ensure technical training of agents under their supervision. + Coordinate with airlines training processes for staff on required operational procedures. + Keep agents continuously trained in client relations. + Coordinate with HR and Training departments the necessary training to ensure consistently high performance. * Serve as liaison between different operational departments of Swissport. * If required, operate and position necessary equipment (Tractor or Mule, Conveyor, dollies, ULD, carts, manual stairs, powered stairs, cargo loader, lavatory truck, water truck, ASU, GPU, tow bar, aircraft tractor). * Expertise in tunnel operations. * Expertise in mobilizer and cargo loading/unloading operator roles. * Constant supervision of personnel in: + Inspection of containers, pallets, baggage, aircraft doors, cargo compartments, and aircraft locks. + Execution of client ULD stock checks (containers and pallets). + Loading and unloading of cargo compartments and bulk areas according to aircraft type and cargo being handled (AVI). + FOD checks before aircraft arrival and departure. + Transporting cargo between aircraft and warehouses as requested by the client. + At the end of each shift, supervise cleaning, water refilling, and disinfectant application on lavatory and water trucks. + Ensure proper use of required PPE for operations. + Maintain order and cleanliness of the workplace, used equipment, and company facilities. * Periodic preparation and submission of reports: + Assist in preparing performance reports on personnel during operations, indicating deviations from client-established standards. + Report any incidents and/or accidents occurring during operations within the established timeframe to management-designated channels. + Monitor supplies necessary for operations. + Assist in preparing reports on supervised shifts. + Assist in preparing detailed attendance, absences, overtime, etc. reports for HR. * Completed secondary education * Knowledge of ramp functions * English proficiency desirable * Class B and A4 licenses * 5 years of experience in similar positions * Proactive, responsible, organized, leadership skills, etc. * Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the station's QHSE Management System Manual and other manuals under their responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with requirements according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISAGO standards. * Ability to work under pressure **What We Offer*** Transportation according to conditions at each airport. * Uniforms. * Life insurance. * Compensation fund benefits.
