At RS PRO, we are seeking a professional for the position of Quality Control. Your primary mission will be to ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the various stages of construction execution, guaranteeing that construction processes, materials, and finishes conform to technical specifications, current regulations, and client requirements. Your role will be key to continuous process improvement and reduction of rework. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and verify on-site the correct execution of works in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and current regulations. * Control the quality of materials received on site through testing, inspections, and review of certificates. * Implement, maintain, and update the Project Quality Plan. * Generate periodic inspection reports and manage non-conformities. * Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with the construction team. * Manage and ensure quality document control (procedures, records, and traceability). * Coordinate laboratory tests and functional testing as applicable. * Participate in technical meetings with clients, designers, and control entities. * Promote a culture of quality among workers and subcontractors. * Collaborate in project close-out and final acceptance processes. Ideal Profile: **Academic Background:** Engineer with experience in construction or civil works. **Required Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience since graduation. * Demonstrable participation in at least two projects involving earthworks and platform preparation for foundations. **Technical Knowledge:** * Chilean construction regulations (NCh, OGUC, etc.). * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Knowledge of construction materials and techniques. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or similar). _______________________________________________________________________________________ - Soft Skills * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Communication and on-site coordination skills. * Proactivity and orientation toward continuous improvement. - Technical Conditions or Requirements (if applicable) * Availability for on-site work. * Proficiency in quality control and reporting tools (Excel, document management platforms, etc.). - Work contract per project, Article 10 bis of the Labor Code.
