Responsibilities: Perform major maintenance, intervene in power/control systems, conduct technical diagnostics, and implement safe lockout/tagout procedures per NFPA 70E. Execute major maintenance: Carry out preventive/corrective maintenance and replace electrical components in critical plant equipment (crushers, mills, cells, and thickeners). Intervene in power and control systems: Connect/disconnect high-power motors, work in electrical rooms, distribution panels, and motor control centers (MCCs). Technical diagnosis: Use specialized instruments (megohmmeter, multimeter, thermal imaging cameras) for testing and ensuring proper commissioning.
