Learn more at www.lundinmining.com. **Job Description** ------------------------- Support the operation of the Molybdenum Concentrator Operations Superintendent by planning inputs, updating procedures, and analyzing processes. **Key Responsibilities \| Activities** ------------------------------------------------ * Complete all stages of the training process * Support operational process control from the Integrated Operations Center (CIO) * Support updating of operating procedures/protocols for Primary Crushing, Grinding, Bulk and Selective Flotation, and Filtration processes * Support operational and safety analysis for people and the environment across all areas * Support control and planning of inputs for the concentrator and molybdenum plants * Develop a standardization plan for professional practices (Identify and improve practices, develop operating protocols, and monitor implementation) **Education, Experience and Other Requirements** --------------------------------------------- * University degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering * Maximum 2 years of experience in related roles * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel mandatory) * Proficiency in statistical software for data processing * Development and control of schedules using Gantt charts We are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible workplace.
