Supports diagnosis and resolution of technological failures **Telecommunications Technical Supervisor** ------------------------------------------------ **Location:** Atacama Region. **Shift system based on operational requirements** ️ **On-site presence required** At **TRES60**, we are seeking a **Telecommunications Technical Supervisor** to lead teams and coordinate technological work at mining sites, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational continuity standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate technical teams on-site. * Plan installation, maintenance, and repair work. * Monitor adherence to procedures and safety standards. * Support diagnosis and resolution of technological failures. * Coordinate activities with clients and internal departments. * Manage progress tracking, reporting, and operational KPIs. ### **✅ Requirements** * Technical or professional degree in Telecommunications, Electricity, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation and Control, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications within mining operations.** * **At least 1 year of experience supervising technical teams.** * Knowledge of networks, links, LTE, Ethernet, and optical fiber. * Experience with CCTV, VHF/UHF radiofrequency, and electronics. * Knowledge of technologies deployed onboard mining fleets. * Valid Class B driver’s license with at least 2 years of validity. * Physical and health fitness compatible with high-altitude geographic conditions. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Certifications or experience with **Rajant** technologies. * Certifications or training in VHF radio communication systems. * Proficiency with monitoring tools. * Experience with mine mesh networks, fatigue management systems, anti-collision systems, or fleet management systems. ### **What We Offer?** * Year-end bonuses for National Holidays and Christmas. * Operational and replacement bonuses, where applicable. * Supplementary health, life, and dental insurance. * Nursery benefits and maternal support. * Christmas gifts for employees’ children. * Recognition for years of service. * Access to Mundo ACHS and Caja Los Andes. * Professional development support and assistance for continuing education. ### **Inclusion and Diversity** This job posting complies with **Law No. 21.015**, which promotes the labor inclusion of persons with disabilities.
