Position: Supervisor/a Mining Operations Rajo Inca Joy Global Job Purpose: Ensure compliance by both themselves and their subordinates with HSEC standards, cardinal rules, conduct policies, internal hygiene and safety regulations of both Joy Global and the mine site client. Special emphasis must be placed on adherence to Joy Global's alcohol and drug policies, both personally and among their team. Lead their team in implementing the JOY GLOBAL IPSECA maintenance model. To this end, they must ensure that responsibilities such as creating and closing Notifications in SAP, executing Backlog, service orders, handling unforeseen events, etc., are carried out by themselves and their team exactly as specified by the maintenance model. Contribute to optimizing the use of assigned resources for job execution, including materials, support equipment, and tools. Regarding this point, the supervisor must ensure that their team maintains tools in good condition and uses them appropriately according to their design. Review and ensure that tool and support equipment checklists are completed during their shift. Postgraduate studies in asset management and/or maintenance (desirable). Residence in the Atacama Region (desirable). At least 4 years of prior work experience in similar leadership and supervisory roles. Knowledge of Front-end Loaders (desirable). Valid class B driver's license.
