We are looking for candidates for the **Application Engineer** position in the **Copiapó** area—apply with us! **Responsibilities** * Provide technical assistance to customers by identifying and resolving issues as needed. * Support services include: sample analysis, maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, and chemical inventory management. * Participate in problem resolution by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customers’ operations perform at optimal levels. * Provide routine support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute customer system assurance plans and continuous improvement initiatives. * Support Sales Representatives with prospective customers. * Develop strong relationships with stakeholders in strategic district accounts where service support is provided to other district Sales Representatives. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (mandatory). * 0\-2 years of experience in field technical support and mining operations. * Valid Class B driver’s license, held for at least two years (mandatory). * Availability to work under Article 22 of the Labor Code. * Residence in Copiapó (mandatory). **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial process water treatment and cooling circuits. * Ability to engage effectively with large national and multinational customers. * Strong mechanical aptitude. * Experience working with MS Excel. **Benefits:** * Vacation bonus, Christmas and National Holidays bonuses, birthday leave day, administrative days, school assistance bonus, life insurance, and agreements with various institutions (optical, dental, banking, compensation fund, among other benefits Ecolab provides). * Learning Platform: You will have free access to our learning platform to pursue training and courses of various types that support your professional development.
