### **We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Copiapó!** **Join a leading company in measurement and analysis instruments**, with a solid track record in developing technical and scientific solutions for multiple industries. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and optimize assigned accounts to achieve annual sales targets. * Conduct scheduled visits to customers, effectively addressing their needs. * Participate in commercial meetings, deliver reports and periodic updates. * Perform field-based consultative sales and lead client training sessions. * Collaborate in market studies and segment-specific analysis. * Resolve customer complaints and inquiries during pre-sales and post-sales. * Actively participate in trade shows and internal training sessions. * Contribute to brand positioning within the assigned region. ### **Requirements:** **Academic Background:** Graduate of programs such as: * Chemical Technician or Chemical Laboratory Technician * Medical Technologist * Industrial Chemist * Veterinary Technician or Veterinarian * Food Technology, Pharmacy, or Environmental Technician * Biotechnology * Chemistry Teaching or Chemical Engineering **Initial Technical Training:** * Basic knowledge of pH, ORP, conductivity. * Experience handling laboratory instrumentation. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in sales. * Basic understanding of the use and operation of analytical and laboratory measurement equipment. **Training to be developed (provided internally):** * Sales Management System (SGV) and Order Management System (SGP). * Sales techniques and commercial skills. ### **What we value in you:** * Proactivity, customer orientation, and collaborative work ethic. * Ability to lead presentations and training sessions. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Interest in continuously learning about products and customer needs.
