We are seeking a Technical Office Engineer to join one of our projects, ensuring proper management and control of all activities within their discipline. **Job Objective:** To oversee project execution within the assigned discipline, ensuring accurate technical documentation review, coordination among specialties, quantification and progress control, and guaranteeing timely management of critical supplies for the discipline. Main Responsibilities * Critically review technical documents, drawings, specifications, and BIM models. Prepare and issue Information Requests (IRs) to complement or clarify information requirements. * Perform material, supply, and equipment quantifications to support procurement and progress tracking, maintaining orderly traceability. * Generate purchase requests and assist in the technical and economic evaluation of supplier offers. * Monitor and report physical and production progress, linking quantifications with planning and Payment Measurement Bases. * Support three-week scheduling and implementation of the AWP methodology, assigning updated quantities and associating references with the model.
