The role will play a key part in controlling and ensuring the proper execution of facility specialties, guaranteeing technical compliance, construction sequencing, and interdisciplinary coordination. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and control sanitary, electrical, fire protection (PCI), and low-voltage systems for the project. * Directly supervise on-site progress and correct execution by contractors for each specialty. * Verify compliance with construction sequences and technical standards defined for the project. * Support planning, scheduling, and review of contracts related to facilities. * Maintain order, traceability, and effective coordination among all involved specialties. **Experience:** * 3–5 years of experience in facility installations for building construction projects. * Proven on-site execution control experience. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with sanitary, electrical, fire protection (PCI), HVAC, and low-voltage systems. * Experience in planning and coordinating specialty contracts. **Requirements:** Civil Constructor or related degree. 3–5 years of experience in facility installations for building construction projects.
