Key responsibilities: Assist the driver during the execution of assigned routes and services. Perform loading, unloading, waste collection, and handling tasks. Support the handling and movement of containers and materials. Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas and equipment used. Assist in field operational maneuvers. Promptly report unsafe conditions, incidents, or deviations detected during the workday. Comply with internal work procedures and safety regulations. Properly use personal protective equipment provided by the company. Collaborate with the work team to ensure correct service execution. Requirements: Experience in operational tasks, laborer roles, driver assistance, loading/unloading, or similar functions. Prior experience in waste management, transportation, industrial services, or mining companies is desirable. Availability for fieldwork. Physical condition compatible with job duties.
