### **DESCRIPTION**
Lead the operational reliability strategy through management of operations instructors, telematic analysis, fleet performance control (tractors and semi-trailers), and mitigation of failures related to driving and inspection. Candidate Profile: ? Education: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field. ? Experience: Heavy fleet (tractors/semi-trailers) management, telematic analysis, and technical training plans. ? Residence in Copiapó city \- Tierra Amarilla mandatory. Main Responsibilities: ? Leadership and Training: Lead the Operations Instructors team and coordinate with Contract Administrators (ADCs) on instruction and training plans for correct equipment operation. ? Telemetry and Performance Monitoring: Monitor telemetry platforms to analyze operational variables, maintain traceability of competencies per brand/model, and generate driver rankings. ? Auditing and Inspection: Develop and execute audit programs for vehicle inspection processes and shift-change procedures. ? Route and Performance Analysis: Evaluate traffic routes together with Operations to define route restrictions. Coordinate with Fuel Control to set efficient fuel consumption targets per route. ? Reliability and Failure Analysis: Analyze fleet failure behavior to determine whether failures stem from poor operation or inadequate inspection protocols. ? Technical Training: Develop technical datasheets, briefings, and continuous training programs for technical and supervisory staff. ? Accreditation and Certification: Coordinate with external entities and equipment manufacturers for field competency certification, as well as preparation of operating instructions and driving modes per route and model. ?
