Job Responsibilities: Flooring installations including ceramic tiles, floating floors, and vinyl flooring. Finishing work such as plasterboard trims and wall plastering. Plaster and wall plaster repairs. Partition wall construction. Painting work. Level measurements for raft foundations and other structural types. Skirting board installation. Cornice installation. Welding work. Various repairs. Requirements: Class B driver’s license (mandatory). Proven experience in maintenance, construction, etc. Completed secondary education, technical education, or related studies.
