For a leading company in the sector, in-person and part-time (20 hrs weekly). Job mission: Supervise and coordinate field teams, ensuring compliance with processes, service standards, and maintaining direct contact with assigned stores. Job responsibilities: Conduct on-site visits to assigned stores Collect information according to TW or client requirements Monitor attendance of the team in charge Supervise stock and delivery of PPE and uniforms Manage the onboarding process for new hires in the region Report warnings and/or contract terminations Ensure timely coverage of authorized Q Maintain direct communication with store managers And other duties inherent to the position Requirements: Experience in similar roles (Mandatory) Residency in Copiapó or nearby areas (Mandatory) Leadership, effective communication, and organizational skills are valued.
